The International Forum on the Future of Constitutionalism presents a free online seminar on "Reimaginging Policing in America" on Friday, November 13, 2020, from 1:00pm EDT to 2:30pm EDT. The registration deadline is 4:00pm EDT on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Free registration is available here.
This seminar will explore the current state of policing in the United States. Subjects for discussion include the intersection of policing with race, poverty, surveillance, violence, equality, justice, democracy and constitutionalism. The panel will feature two leading thinkers in this subject area.
Both speakers will deliver prepared remarks for around 15 minutes. Comments and conversation with registrants will follow in the time that remains.
This online seminar will be held live on Zoom on Friday, November 13, 2020, from 1:00pm EDT until 2:30pm EDT.
This seminar is open to all. The registration deadline is 4:00pm EDT on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
There is no cost to enroll in this seminar.
