Special Issue on the 30th Anniversary of the Brazilian Constitution

It is a pleasure to announce the publication of a Special Issue of the Revista de Investigações Constitucionais  on the 30th anniversary of the Brazilian Constitution. I was delighted to co-edit this Special Issue with two colleagues, Sofia Ranchordas and Mariana Velasco Rivera. Together, we assembled a group of over one dozen scholars to reflect on how far the Brazilian Constitution has come and how much further it must travel still to achieve its promise.
